New Delhi, May 18, 2026: At the 22nd International Franchise & Retail Show 2026 in Delhi, Kedman Global highlighted the growing shift towards personalised learning models and evolving school ecosystems in India. The discussions reflected increasing interest in learner-centric school ecosystems and long-term educational growth.

As conversations around differentiated schooling, student outcomes and future-focused education gain momentum in India, Kedman Global engaged with school promoters, investors and education entrepreneurs on how personalised learning frameworks are increasingly influencing the next phase of K-12 transformation in the country.

Kedman Global is a strategic joint venture between Manav Rachna Educational Institutions and Kunskapsskolan Education. The collaboration brings together 30 years of Manav Rachna’s educational and operational expertise with Kunskapsskolan’s globally established KED (Kunskapsskolan Education) Program, a personalised learning framework currently implemented across more than 100 schools in six countries.

Founded in Sweden in 1999, the KED Program is designed around personalised learning pathways, coaching-led education, continuous feedback and goal-based progress tracking, enabling students to learn at their own pace while developing independence, confidence and critical thinking skills. Through Kedman Global, the model is being expanded in India to support both new institutions and existing schools looking to adopt internationally benchmarked learning systems.

Kedman Global is also supporting schools through teacher training, leadership development, operational guidance, quality frameworks and digital learning systems, with the broader focus on helping schools build stronger and future-ready learning environments.

Speaking about the changing expectations within the education sector, Sunitha Nambiar, CEO, Kedman Global India, said, “Parents today are evaluating schools beyond traditional academic outcomes. There is growing interest in learning environments that help students build confidence, future skills and ownership of their learning journeys. Schools are also looking for systems that bring greater consistency in academic delivery while recognising that every learner progresses differently. Through Kedman Global, we are working with schools to create learner-centric ecosystems supported by strong academic and operational foundations.”

Adding to this, Christopher Adermark, Chief Digital OfficerKedman Global, said, “Schools today are increasingly exploring learning ecosystems that give educators, students and parents greater visibility into progress, goals and learning pathways. As AI and integrated learning technologies continue to become part of school education, there is growing focus on creating more responsive and adaptive learning experiences supported by structured academic planning, continuous feedback and data-informed learning support.”

Further highlighting the evolving needs within the education ecosystem, Kristin Arnberg, Network Director, Kedman Global, said, “There is growing value in creating stronger collaboration across schools, where ideas, practices and experiences can continuously evolve through shared learning and academic exchange. As schools continue to explore newer approaches to learning and student development, greater exposure to diverse academic practices and perspectives is becoming increasingly important.”

During interactions at the expo, discussions also reflected growing interest among school promoters and education entrepreneurs in differentiated school ecosystems built around future skills, student well-being, career guidance and coaching-led learning models.
